TIP OF THE WEEK: The 80/20 Rule

Everyone’s heard of it. I try to live by the 80/20 rule that says I do what I’m supposed to be doing for my health 80% of the time, so that 20% of the time I can have the freedom to enjoy weekend pool side BBQ’s or have desert at my sons birthday party. Lets not even get into holidays. And come on… WE KNOW these times are coming every year. Why not plan for these occasions with a healthy workout regimen and sensible eating plan 80% of the time.
