Fit tip of the week March 11th

With the fast pace affects of society you may not always have time to get a full functional workout at the gym, here at Better Bodies we understand that, so here is a fast calorie kicking workout so you can get in and out of the gym in 15 minutes!!
Objective: Do each exercise 10-15 times depending on level of fitness, repeat 3 times through entire circuit with no rest for optimal calorie loss.

1) Body weight Burpees
2) Body weight squats
3) Push - ups (on knees is acceptable)
4) Body weight lunges
5) Body weight dips (on a bench)
6) Run 30 seconds on treadmill

Again, repeat these six exercises 3 times through with no rest…guaranteed to be sweating and feeling like you put your time in! Now you can go pick the kids up from soccer, go grocery shopping, or head off to work!!
