The anatomy of the human body

The anatomy of the human body is astounding... however if we do not take care of our finely working piece of equipment it will break down. For instance, eating fast food, not working out, inhabiting a sedentary life style ect... These habits can lead to Diabetes Mellitus, or more commonly known as "Diabetes". Diabetes is a serious condition in which your body doesn't produce insulin or produces inadequate amounts of insulin. Many people think to themselves "oh I will just get insulin shots, I will be ok..." but the harsh reality of it is you will NOT be ok PHYSICALLY OR FISCALLY. Life expectancy will go down and the average cost of an insulin shot is $27 to $87... and diabetics take on average 4 shots per day.

Do you really want to take a shot every day, multiple times a day?? This doesn’t sound appealing to most people. And the reason I say "most people..." is because 17.9 million people are diagnosed with diabetes, and another 5.7 million people are undiagnosed with diabetes... adding another 57 million people have pre-diabetes!! This is an astronomical amount of people diagnosed with a disease that is almost always curable by two simple medicines... EXERCISE and HEALTHY EATING!!!

Yes! Simply exercising 3 times a week for 30 minutes and eating a healthy diet can reverse and prevent TYPE ll diabetes.

Our new personal training plan costs only $4.50 per day... plus we'll write your diet!!! save your life and your money by hiring a well-trained trainer... or attend our free workshop Saturday March 17th at 1pm, where Jason Jackson will teach you how exercise and diet can quickly change your life!!!!

To your health,

Matt Carroll
